New ReviewerReturned a humifier under warranty for a replacement in early December. After 10 phone calls to customer NO Service I still have not received my replacement unit..after everyone promised that it was coming since they had received my old unit.
These folks truly suck in terms of honoring their warranty. They are incompetent. Even writing to the chairmanโs office (Mr Dyson) generated no,response. This is one horrible company to deal with...expensive products with no assurance that a failed product will be properly warranties.
Horrible experience.....for the consumer. Their customer NO Service department is deplorable and as some else cited they actually lie.
Very hard to reach with the 800 service number Dyson provides. It a sham....the better business bureau should be all,over these folks for failure to service their customers.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Dyson Pros: Unacceptable.
Dyson Cons: Lack of communication.

Send it via Certified Mail return receipt requested ; no other way.
Establish a legally verifiable time line. No more calls !
