Dyson - Shipping and customer service

The standard shipping for Dyson is unacceptable. About two weeks to get the expensive product you bought.
I contacted customer service by phone the Wednesday after I ordered on Friday. Was told it takes 48 hours to process and would ship out that day (Wednesday) and I would get a shipping email. Here it is two days later and still no email. So I email them and itโs still processing.
A week after I bought it. Customer service had no resolution for me, just a vague jab at me choosing the standard shipping.
Never have I experienced standard shipping taking this long. Nor experienced customer service lacking such care to satisfy its customers.

Dyson has gotten to big and to fast. and by lying to the consumer.
He Now has more money than he will ever need. He is in probably every country, so I am sure he gets special breaks from them. He could afford to give better prices and service. There customer service is the very worst.
Even if they put it in writing, it means nothing. Any company that writes his warranty the he did, you cannot trust. It say, no class action suits? Can change the warranty and terms at anytime.
but now that we all put him in the drivers seat so to speak. Believe me, if he makes a donation to anything or anyone, he has a motive for doing it that will somehow make him a lot more money. I cannot believe all the people have not filed a complaint with the FTC. It may be a pain but they will not do anything unless they get many complaints for the same thing.
He has been selling lies since day one. Never looses suction? Wrong! No Filters to change, clean or wash?
Wrong! The vacuums comes in a bright colored box and on side it states this.
The *** with no bags, it would cost less to change a bag than buy several over priced filters a year. Maybe at first he cared but not any more!
Can we all ban together and sue for blantant false advertisement (5-7 day shipping)? Itโs been 13 days for me for 1 attachment.
Itโs moved across the country but some USPS is still awaiting the item?
0 response from customer service and Iโve sent them 3 messages. So confused, will never order directly again.
I ordered mine at the beginning of June and still (July 12th) haven't received a tracking number. I contacted customer service 4x and each time I get a different answer. I'm ready to give up.
Same issue, website shows 3-5 delivery. Its been 12days since order and no resolution.
No way to track order on website. And no response on when it will ship.
I had the same experienceโ very frustrating- What really angers me is that they give you a tracking number as though it is on itโs way- which is totally misleading. I order this machine 3 weeks ago.
And their Website says machine Is avaiable yo be delivered in2 days! Ugh.

Same here and they were very invalidating when I was upset it wouldn't be here for my salon shoot. I would plan a month in advance and be prepared for poor customer service :/ Super sad because it is such a great product!

Same here. We bought 12/11 and they finally shipped yesterday(1/10) using the standard shipping even though I bought it with 2 day shipping option.

2 weeks is to long to wait for your purchase. Come on Dyson step it up!
First time buy something directly at Dyson.com last September 7. Until now no updates.
I have not received any tracking information and to make it worst, I can no longer view my account at Dyson.com. I tried resetting my password, but it did not work. I was able to log in at the Dyson Link app to view and control my purifier though.
I regret buying Dyson Products. I have a V6, V10, a Dyson Pure Cool Link Tower, Dyson AM07 and the Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer.
Ordered my vacuum from dyson on 12/21, it is now 1/4 and still not shipped! Emailed dyson support multiple times and only answer they ever give is that its processing.
Said my standard shipping method takes from 7-10 days to ship when their website states Delivered in 5-7 business days. Horrible service and horrible delivery times, if my item doesnt ship by Friday which is tomorrow, i will be filing a BBB complaint!
No package ever found. Called again on 11/01 and they were overnighting another one that I would get by 11/03 and again nothing.
Called 11/06 and they couldn't guarantee when I would get a new one so they happily refunded me? And here I am no vacuum and they feel like it was fixed?
