Dyson - Warning customer service terrible

After five days of trying to contact Dyson about a needed replacement part, no one picks up phone, or responds to customer service emails and live phone chat doesn’t work I have purchased a lot of Dyson products but never again I think they’re trying to lose customer loyalty
