Dyson - Rudest customer agents!

Just spend 5 mins having a customer service agent tell me the reason my $600 hairdryer stopped working was because I didn’t clean it every day with a soft toothbrush...I’m sorry but ARE YOU KIDDING? The agent was so patronizing and rude. She refused to tell me how to change the fuse saying after I go get the toothbrush then she can help me. Unbelievable.

Dyson - Warning customer service terrible

After five days of trying to contact Dyson about a needed replacement part, no one picks up phone, or responds to customer service emails and live phone chat doesn’t work I have purchased a lot of Dyson products but never again I think they’re trying to lose customer loyalty
