Where can I get assistance for a Dyson I ordered on May 11 and have not received it to date?I ordered a Dyson v11 vacuum from Storebrite on May 11,2019. To date I have not received the vacuum nor can I reach the company onlline or via phone. Can you help me track my order and let me know what is going on?

According to Dyson shipping policy orders received by 1pm EST Monday-Friday will usually ship same day. Orders received after will usually ship the next day. Exceptions may apply for any order which requires additional review for various reasons. Transit time varies depending on the customer proximity to the warehouses and where inventory is available. Why does my vacuum battery go dead when I use max suction a very short time?The vacuum go dead when I use the max suction. It seems that the battery goes dead after short time of using it.
