Dyson - Horrendous customer service!
Horrendous customer service! The Dyson reps, when you finally get to talk with one, flat-out lie.
I never got my 3 free tools. When I called, I was told they were scheduled to be delivered the next day. When I called back 3 days later, I was told they were never ordered, and are no longer available. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told the only way is to have a supervisor call me back the following day.
Really? You don't have a phone system that lets you transfer calls? It's a minimum of a half hour wait time to talk with anyone. They are always "experiencing higher than normal call volume", regardless of when you call.
They advertise 2-day shipping, but don't tell you they have an internal processing time of 7-10 days.
These are all just tactics to weasel-out of delivering what they promised. They figure most people will just get tired and give up, which saves them money.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
