Bought a Dyson DC-26 Vacuum in Japan (100 Volys) around May 2012 and shipped it to America. We used it maybe 6 to 7 times after getting here and then the motor over heated and it died.

So I contacted Dyson thinking they would fix or replace it. NOPE! This vacuum is from a different country so you get nothing. They will not fix or replace the vacuum.

Now, I have a DVD,Laptop and hairdryer from Japan also.

(100 volts) being used in America (110 volts) some are used almost everyday and they work fine. Avoid Dyson ...its a *** product and *** customer service.

Monetary Loss: $250.
