Question

Hello,

Hope this email finds you well!

My brother bought a Dyson Airwrap for me in the US.

I live in Kosovo, in EU.

My Dyson doesnt work here because of the voltage being much higher than in the US.

My dyson is 120 vol and 1300 watts.

The electricity in EU is 220-240.

I wanna ask if I can go to the nearest Dyson store and swap my American Dyson for a European Dyson.

If not, is there a transformer/converter that i can buy directly by Dyson, that changes voltage and has +1500 watts so it doesnt catch on fire or something.

Please get to me as soon as possible.

Complaint for a *** customer service

I have a Dyson Hoover still under warranty and you customer service is disgusting , I have reported a default to customer services since the 14th of September and the issues has not been addressed , instead they are sending a new filter to see will this address the problem , this order has been cancelled twice now as there are none in stock , what a joke

A release button became stuck. When it was finally released by using a pair of pliers, the little spring fell out and was all twisted and unable to be replaced.

I need a new little spring but apparently my unit is too old to fix - though it certainly seems that something this simple should be available- the latch is on the long metal tube that allows the unit to be used as an upright vacuum. For the want of a shoe, the horse is x

The customer service here is nil, an over priced hoover with a 2 year guarantee and nothing , I have this broken hoover for a month now and just keep on getting the same ***

They said they were going to replace the whole Hoover , they asked that I sent back the defected one and within 3 working days of receiving it they would send out the replacement, They have the broken Hoover over 15 days now and I haven't heard anything from them , when I call support , they are of no use at all , we will call you back in 24 hours was the last thing they said and that was 4 days ago , I'm going to consumer affairs at this stage , I don't even have a broken Hoover now ,

Waited on hold for 30 minutes. Had to hang up to take a work call. No follow up!

I sent a non-working blow dryer back. I was told it could take up to 14 days for a new one.

I patiently waited and heard nothing after 14 days. I started calling, chatting, emailing and was always lied to; I was told that I would receive shipping confirmation in 24-48 hrs. It's now been over 35 business days, and I still have no product. Every time I call, I hear a new lie and the agents are very rude.

Now I've found out the product is out of stock. I kindly asked to either send me another product or give my money back, and was told I would receive a follow-up. Still nothing. No product.

They never reached out to me. I have to call/chat, and they say they're making notes and making it a priority. Absolutely ridiculous! I've wasted so much time contacting them and even purchased another blow dryer in the process.

Get it together, Dyson! As I write this, I'm on hold, waiting to speak to them again!

Had to wait for Dyson and UPS to resolve claim. I still don't have my sweeper but they say they will place another order.

No tracking number so I question how fast they will get sweeper into UPS hands. Will be two months waiting on sweeper.

They refuse to expedite shipment. They really don't care about the customer

Bought Animal 3 online 5/23/2024. Email said delivery would be 5/30.

Never received it. Called. They gave me a UPS tracking number and said it was lost in the warehouse. Realized they charged my credit card on 5/25.

Looked at the UPS tracking site given to me. It said it was never received by UPS. Waited a few more days and called Dyson again. Was told that it was out of stock.

Finally called today and lo and behold, NOBODY had done anything with my order. They claim UPS has lost it and they are just NOW filing a claim. Wait 8-10 more days.

By the time it arrives, if ever, it will be pushing 60 days. They desperately need to track their open customer orders and not wait until the customer calls.

Supersonic Not Functioning!

My Dyson Supersonic hair dryer quit working a month after I purchased it. I really expected more from this company.

I am extremely disappointed in the product and the customer service. I will make sure that I continue to pass on the information to whomever will listen.

No one should spend this amount of money on a hair dryer and be treated this way. All I was asking was to have my hair dryer repaired or replaced!

They have my returned vacuum but won't send me a replacement

I have spent hours on phone and at least a dozen calls and every customer service person says they will help me get this resolved but never do. I am told different things by each person.

I sent thru ups my vacuum and they keep saying I only sent part back which is not true. They told me they would pay for me to send the old one back and when I got to UPs the code they gave me did not work so I paid for return.

I wish now I had just thrown the vacuum in the garbage pile. That would have saved my return postage and at least 12 hours on phone and e-mail and a letter.

My second Dyson stick vacuum that died. I have other Dyson products that are okay.

This was my second Dyson stick vacuum and the last I will ever purchase! My battery died "again".

Since the model I had they no longer produce (gee, I wonder why?) they didn't have a battery in stock, however, they said they would give me a discount when they are back in stock. (I guess I'm not the only one with the same problem.) Why would I throw my money away, again? Don't spend a ton of money thinking it's a better machine. This is no reflection on their customer service gentleman I spoke with.

It's with their lousy product. My suggestion to you is to check Consumer Reports!

Dyson expects you to be an engineer

I recently bought an ABSTRACT_SV25_US vacuum. It was very expensive, but I've had Dyson's before and they were fine.

The only thing I didn't like about them was getting the bin empty. This new one is no exception. I looked in the box for the manual but you have to go through steps online to even look at the manual. There are all kinds of filters and buttons, but eventually I kind of figured it out.

But, again, you have to be a rocket scientist to get the bin out to dump it, and then back on.

Luckily, my husband IS an engineer and finally figured it out. Also, you have to vacuum fast because the charge doesn't last.

Unresolved return

I returned the vacuum as advised by the Dyson representative. I waited three months for a replacement, which I did not receive.

I called at least six different times to get the same answer, 'It's been escalated and will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours.' However, there was no return contact by email or phone in four months. The new vacuum returned was simply missing the dust bin.

Dyson couldn't supply one, for some reason. I was told to return the entire unit to receive a complete one.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I kept replying to the various customer service emails for the US and told them I needed a return authorization number.

I finally got the authorization after wading through BS dealing with their customer service people in a foreign country even though they are supposed to be the US customer service. I have sent the package back but their emails haven’t stopped and are now worthless.

Dyson customer service sucks! I ordered an accessory item that was not clearly labeled on the Dyson website so I ended up ordering one that doesnt fit my sweeper.

I have filled out 3 return request forms starting on January 27, 2024, February 9th, and also today February 17, 2024. I got only one response. They claimed my email address was not found on the order yet I received confirmation using that same email address!

Customer service does NOT exist at Dyson! I am fed up!!!
