We own the dc07 animal vacuum cleaner. The vacuum has been great for years.

Cleans great, easy to use, best I have ever owned . Now no longer under warranty , the plastic that houses the handle and parts has become brittle, and crumbles while vacuuming, rendering it useless now. We have tried glue, tape, both on the last piece that broke off. That particular piece does not appear to be replaceable, I have looked to reorder that piece, but it doesn't seem to exist.

we will see if I get a response for dyson to know for sure. More later...

Order a Shark online from Shark with Life-time warranty

However they decide what the lifetime is, stuff manufactured today isn't made to last your lifetime its made to last a few years, then fall apart. They change everything about it so they do not have to service older models, instead they will be happy to sell you a new one!

Every company does this, ther in business to make money, once they have yours your *** out of luck.

Dayson's not the worst customer service, there one of many Fisher Paykel is Junk, I got a Dryer it lasted 3 years Just after its 3'd birthday My wife for the first time ever used the no heat button, it never heated anything again the scraps are on my back porch We bought a brand new different brand .

At that time we could not afford to replace it so for 6 months we dried our clothes in a bathroom hanging up.

It broke during the worst possible time. They didn't give a rats ***, and told us we have to hire their factory trained repair personnel, they would not sell me Parts to DIY repair it. To kick that in the butt they FIx their Price for their overpriced GE copy junk.

DISHDRAWER,,, JUNK DRAW.... SAME Thing.

When Companies realize we will never buy their junk again, they will fail, because we're going to spread bad word of mouth reviews about them. This is how a company can turn a good profit, Make the same thing for 25 years the best it can be made, and support it that whole time and 10 years after its out of production. You won't be able to fill all the orders. If you would like to improve on it make a second model and do the same.

your cost will go down you'll get full use of of your equipment and have a skilled workforce. Set your price for wholesale and stick to it don't downgrade for Walmart or anybody else to meet their offer for it. If they do not want to pay your price they do not want to sell your item's. Earn a Fair 2% to 5% return on it max.

And make a competitive Retail price for its value but don't make a Manufacture set price. I hate that.

If you have a quality product worth its asking price why should you care of someone is competing with its retail price? Sell it online from the factory Free Shipping No sales tax At your suggested retail price offering discounts once and a wile.
