V11 hand held stopped working right after warranty expired. That is over $500 to vacuum 1X per week for 2 years. Do not buy!

Customer service is nonexistent, shipping is laughable
I ordered a Dyson Airwrap from their site on November 8th, 2021, and started getting emails about my new warranty and style tips, but I never actually received the product.
They gave me a tracking number, and I could see that the product was delivered by Dyson to Pitney Bowes on November 9th. Meanwhile, I get an email from Dyson telling me my package would be delivered on November 11th.
Its now November 16th, and my package apparently arrived at Pitney Bowes, their shipping partner, but has sat there for a week.
Pitney Bowes wont give me any information, and Dyson wont do anything because Im still inside the shipping window. They told me to wait until Tuesday (today), but now theyre telling me to wait until tomorrow or even Friday, three days from now. It still shows its in freakin Indiana, but I have zero faith that will actually show up at all. Dyson needs to get their act together, fire Pitney Bowes, and partner with a real shipping company they can make their customers happy.
This is a disaster and a nightmare. Dyson products are too good to have *** customer service and shipping ruining the experience.

I must explain that the following letter was sent to Roland Krueger & James Dyson. Whether they will respond or not I do not know.I am reaching out to customer service again in hopes that someone will listen, understand, & attempt to save a customer relationship.
Dear Sir,
I respectfully write to you after reaching the pinnacle of my frustration with EVERY product I and my family trustingly purchased from the Dyson company.
Ill start by saying that between myself and my mother we own 4 hand held vacuums and 2 upright vacuums. Problem is not even one works properly. One quite disturbing issue I have is with my upright vacuum that wont turn off via the proper button control. This vacuum has to have the cord pulled from the electric socket and produces a large spark.
I made Dyson aware of this serious safety issue and suffice to say it was not taken seriously. Clearly there is risk of serious shock to the human body. I previously addressed my numerous issues through customer service support and received the following responses-Sorry, its out of warranty, Sorry, its too old, and most insulting Sorry, its old, out of warranty but here is a 20% coupon to purchase a new one. I hope you will understand that as a customer feeling frustrated and thinking I will never buy a Dyson product again, my answer to that offer would be a hard No thank you-what a fail that was for Dyson.
I am educated enough to know that all products have a life-span but what is truly surprising is that my old beat up Hoover still works, my old Bissel still works, but none of my pricier Dyson products work. I feel confident in assuming you have heard this before but if you have not here is an opportunity to hear from a repeat customer who is beyond disappointed. As the owner of a small company, if I dont receive information from my customers or my customer service team then I am oblivious when it comes to real issues with the product that pays my bills and that I also put my name behind. All one need do is look up on You Tube Tips on fixing your Dyson to see the numerous videos and be able to clearly ascertain that many customers had and have issues-MANY.
I want to tell you that I have tried them all to no avail. My hope is that I will receive a response from you acknowledging my issues, and finally address my current situation. In closing, I want to add that Dyson out of the gate was a prestigious & cutting edge extremely satisfying product that was worth every penny. I recommended the vacuums to many friends & family which turned out to be a big mistake because they have had the same issues.
Unfortunately, Dyson is no longer the product that James Dyson created & the customer support is lacking at best.
Again, all one need do is conduct a simple google search to learn or confirm the many issues of your Dyson customers, old and new, including forums dedicated to Dyson issues and lack of customer support In advance I thank you for your time and I look forward to receiving a response.

This was resolved and I received a full refund after 3 months.
I'm going through the same exact issue! It's been almost 3 months and I had my call escalated to a Dyson Resolution Adviser (whom the customer service) told me it was a supervisor.
