PI thought I was finally getting a top of the line vacuum cleaner. I purchased it a few months before our wood floors were installed and it worked great. The power button stopped working rendering it useless. CS only replied that my warranty expired. I paid more than $500.00 for this productmexpecting it to last for many years. Do not buy the V11!

After several calls and they sent me a useless battery. My vacuum still does not work. I kept getting different answers from the people answering the phone.

Customer service is nonexistent, shipping is laughable

I ordered a Dyson Airwrap from their site on November 8th, 2021, and started getting emails about my new warranty and style tips, but I never actually received the product.

They gave me a tracking number, and I could see that the product was delivered by Dyson to Pitney Bowes on November 9th. Meanwhile, I get an email from Dyson telling me my package would be delivered on November 11th.

Its now November 16th, and my package apparently arrived at Pitney Bowes, their shipping partner, but has sat there for a week.

Pitney Bowes wont give me any information, and Dyson wont do anything because Im still inside the shipping window. They told me to wait until Tuesday (today), but now theyre telling me to wait until tomorrow or even Friday, three days from now. It still shows its in freakin Indiana, but I have zero faith that will actually show up at all. Dyson needs to get their act together, fire Pitney Bowes, and partner with a real shipping company they can make their customers happy.

This is a disaster and a nightmare. Dyson products are too good to have *** customer service and shipping ruining the experience.

Unable to get in touch with customer service

I have been trying to speak to a person or do a chat with a dyson agent, but the site requested I receive a return call instead. I requested a return call which I am on right now, but there is only music playing, no person. The trigger switch is stuck and there are no troubleshooting recommendations online. This is a cordless v15 detect that I bought July 2021. Needless to say I probably wont buy from Dyson again. Over priced and no customer service.

Dyson Issues

I must explain that the following letter was sent to Roland Krueger & James Dyson. Whether they will respond or not I do not know.I am reaching out to customer service again in hopes that someone will listen, understand, & attempt to save a customer relationship.

Dear Sir,

I respectfully write to you after reaching the pinnacle of my frustration with EVERY product I and my family trustingly purchased from the Dyson company.

Ill start by saying that between myself and my mother we own 4 hand held vacuums and 2 upright vacuums. Problem is not even one works properly. One quite disturbing issue I have is with my upright vacuum that wont turn off via the proper button control. This vacuum has to have the cord pulled from the electric socket and produces a large spark.

I made Dyson aware of this serious safety issue and suffice to say it was not taken seriously. Clearly there is risk of serious shock to the human body. I previously addressed my numerous issues through customer service support and received the following responses-Sorry, its out of warranty, Sorry, its too old, and most insulting Sorry, its old, out of warranty but here is a 20% coupon to purchase a new one. I hope you will understand that as a customer feeling frustrated and thinking I will never buy a Dyson product again, my answer to that offer would be a hard No thank you-what a fail that was for Dyson.

I am educated enough to know that all products have a life-span but what is truly surprising is that my old beat up Hoover still works, my old Bissel still works, but none of my pricier Dyson products work. I feel confident in assuming you have heard this before but if you have not here is an opportunity to hear from a repeat customer who is beyond disappointed. As the owner of a small company, if I dont receive information from my customers or my customer service team then I am oblivious when it comes to real issues with the product that pays my bills and that I also put my name behind. All one need do is look up on You Tube Tips on fixing your Dyson to see the numerous videos and be able to clearly ascertain that many customers had and have issues-MANY.

I want to tell you that I have tried them all to no avail. My hope is that I will receive a response from you acknowledging my issues, and finally address my current situation. In closing, I want to add that Dyson out of the gate was a prestigious & cutting edge extremely satisfying product that was worth every penny. I recommended the vacuums to many friends & family which turned out to be a big mistake because they have had the same issues.

Unfortunately, Dyson is no longer the product that James Dyson created & the customer support is lacking at best.

Again, all one need do is conduct a simple google search to learn or confirm the many issues of your Dyson customers, old and new, including forums dedicated to Dyson issues and lack of customer support In advance I thank you for your time and I look forward to receiving a response.

Horrid Customer Service

I have been waiting two months for a replacement part on a defective cordless vacuum. Every time I call customer service I am lied to. I was promised on the 23rd of September that the part need was in stock and being shipped. Then Friday I was notified that the part is still on back order. I asked for my money back. I am DONE with Dyson. I was promised that management would call within 24 hours and they DID NOT CALL!!!!!!!! I have purchased another $500 vacuum and WANT MY MONEY BACK. CROOKS I have been robbed and will tell everyone not to buy DYSON 765-506-**** I have bought 6 Dyson products. never again!!!!!~

I have phoned dyson 4 times now in 5 days about my vacum cleaner not working and a burning smell coming from it they keep telling me they will get an engineer to call me back the next day still no call back the next time I buy a vacuum cleaner it will not be dyson there customer service is very bad now

We purchased a dyson high dollar vacuum and it sucks in more than one way. It does just fine unless.you want to use the attached HOSE FROM *** Id rather try to stretch out a boa constrictor than use that thing. I would love to see the young lady who is in the commercial try to use this ultra spring loaded snake.

The head roller crack, and it stops turning, so I try to order the complete assembly, but they don't have it, and they don't know when its going to be available.

Still waiting on refund

Purchased hairdryer. Returned unopened hairdryer in less than 15 days (I wanted the Air wrap). Its been almost 60 days since Dyson received the package and still no refund. I have the mailing label and evidence of tracking, shipment and delivery to Dyson. Now I've repeated the same details to the customer service rep. 5 times over during my 1 hour call and still no resolution.

User's recommendation: Keep checking for refunds because you may eventually forget about it and Dyson will not remind you nor will they process the refund unless you call them and explain yourself 5x

I'm going through the same exact issue! It's been almost 3 months and I had my call escalated to a Dyson Resolution Adviser (whom the customer service) told me it was a supervisor.
