Dyson sent 2 units one was returned they charged me twice. No refund been a month. They called today said the refund was issued. A lie it was not. I will return my other Dyson ask my bank for 2 chargebacks and get away from such a corrupt company.

D.C.-17 stopped working as normal. Unit was out of warranty and Dyson was anything but sympathetic. I own 2 Dyson vacuums but based on this problem and total lack of Dyson effort to help me, I am done with Dyson! They really suck!!! No pun intended.
